*B.R.O. Ministries Raffle Official Rules*

By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:



1. Sponsor

This raffle is sponsored and administered by B.R.O. Ministries, a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, with the valued assistance and support of Erb's Ace Hardware in Lewiston, Idaho. Erb's Ace Hardware is assisting with the fulfillment of the prize but is not responsible for the administration, operation, or conduct of the raffle.

2. Eligibility

Raffle open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Prize claim rules below on bullet point number six (6). Void where prohibited by law.

Current officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers directly involved in the administration of the raffle, and any other affiliates of B.R.O. Ministries, along with members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.

The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

3. Ticket Price

Raffle tickets are $5.00 each.

Tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.

A purchaser may buy a maximum of 100 raffle tickets in a single transaction.

There is no limit to the total number of tickets an individual may purchase over the duration of the raffle, and there is no limit to the total number of tickets that may be sold.

4. Prize

The current grand prize is a Blackstone Griddle.

B.R.O. Ministries will pay the full purchase price of the griddle, including all applicable sales tax.

Additional prizes may be added to the raffle throughout the fundraising period through purchases made by B.R.O. Ministries or donations from individuals or businesses. Any additional prizes will become part of the official raffle and may be announced on B.R.O. Ministries' social media pages or other promotional materials.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of B.R.O. Ministries, B.R.O. Ministries reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

Tickets go on sale 07/24/2026 at 12:00AM Pacific Time. Ticket sales end 12/17/2026 at 11:59PM Pacific Time. The Winning ticket will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday, 12/18/2026.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed five (5) days, or declines the prize, B.R.O. Ministries reserves the right to conduct another drawing.

6. Prize Claim

The winner must meet a representative of B.R.O. Ministries at Ace Hardware in Lewiston, Idaho, to claim the prize.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify the winner's identity.
If a winning ticket is held by a minor, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf.
B.R.O. Ministries' preference is for the winner to claim the prize at Ace Hardware in Lewiston, Idaho, so the prize presentation and winner photograph may be taken at that time.
If the winner is able to travel to Ace Hardware but is unable to transport the prize in their personal vehicle, B.R.O. Ministries may, at its sole discretion, deliver the prize to the winner's residence, provided the delivery location is within a 40-mile radius of Lewiston, Idaho.
If the winner is physically unable to travel to Ace Hardware due to illness, disability, or other reasonable circumstances, B.R.O. Ministries may, at its sole discretion, deliver the prize and conduct the prize presentation at the winner's residence or another mutually agreed-upon location, provided the location is within a 40-mile radius of Lewiston, Idaho.

The prize will not be shipped. If the winner resides outside the 40-mile radius of Lewiston, Idaho, or is otherwise unable to claim the prize in person, the winner may designate one (1) authorized representative to pick up the prize on their behalf. The winner must notify B.R.O. Ministries in advance with the name and contact information of the authorized representative. The authorized representative must present a valid government-issued photo ID before the prize will be released. Delivery outside the 40-mile radius of Lewiston, Idaho is not available unless otherwise determined by B.R.O. Ministries in exceptional circumstances. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless B.R.O. Ministries, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

7. Force Majeure / Cancellation Provision

B.R.O. Ministries reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, acts of God, governmental action, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the raffle.

8. Publicity Release

By purchasing a raffle ticket and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to:

Have their photograph taken while receiving the prize.

By accepting the prize, and except where prohibited by law, the winner grants B.R.O. Ministries permission to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Nonprofit Status and Tax Information

B.R.O. Ministries is a nonprofit organization. Raffle ticket purchases are generally not tax-deductible because participants receive a chance to win a prize in exchange for payment. Participants should consult their tax advisor regarding their individual tax situation. A tax-deductible donation can be added to each transaction.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible tickets sold.

11. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of B.R.O. Ministries, which shall be final.

B.R.O. Ministries reserves the right to amend these rules as necessary to comply with applicable laws or to ensure the fair administration of the raffle.

All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the ministry and its charitable activities.
